Yin Yoga & Meditation for the Heart

"Yin Yoga and Meditation for the Heart" is a grounding yoga practice to open the heart and facilitate release in rest. We will move slowly, grow our breath-work practice, and spend time in communal yin practice.
Free and open to all.
