Varvara Isaieva
Varvara Isaieva is a Lab Coordinator in CIRCL: Contemplative Innovation + Research Co-Lab. Before joining the Contemplative Sciences Center, she organized and implemented research studies at UVA's Darden School of Business and adapted cross-cultural assessments to support Ukrainian mental health professionals. Along with her research background, Varvara has over three years of experience supporting children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, OCD, and ADHD. Her clinical work includes using evidence-based practices with families and individuals under clinical supervision. Her core training focuses on human behavioral research and applied behavioral analysis, as well as she is trained family systems therapy. Varvara plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology to combine clinical practice with research. She is dedicated to making research accessible to the public and helping individuals and families through therapy.
